Healthy female with functionally significant brow ptosis and upper lid dermatochalasis who under went a trichophytic brow lift and upper lid blepharoplasty. Her heavy eyebrows along with excess upper eyelid skin were contributing to her issues. Before and over 6 months after upper eyelid blepharoplasty and brow lift.
