Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

When this 21-year-old patient came to our office, he had already had at least 7 surgeries on his nose to address problems breathing through his nose due to nasal trauma. He had developed a collapse of the nasal bridge related to a fracture through the cartilage support of his nose. Just 3 months post-reconstruction using his own rib cartilage, his breathing, sleep, and sense of smell have dramatically improved.
