After significant nasal trauma, this patient was left with a collapsed (saddle) nose and difficulty breathing. Dr. Farhood performed a reconstructive rhinoplasty to completely rebuild his bridge and support his nose. In cases like this, rib cartilage is absolutely necessary to restructure and support the nose. Postoperatively, the tip is better supported, the bridge has been augmented to give better definition, and the patient is breathing much better.
