This patient met with Dr. Garrett Griffin to discuss ways to improve the appearance of her nose and lower eyelids. She also wanted to improve her nasal breathing. She underwent a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, including midface fat grafting and CO2 laser around her eyes. She is now several years from her procedure and delighted with her long-lasting results.
