Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

Management of the difficult tip. This patient presented with significant breathing issues related to the shape of her nasal tip. On exam, she demonstrated twisting of the tip with severe asymmetry on frontal view, and on base view, obstruction of the airway by her tip cartilages. A septoplasty alone would not have addressed her breathing. She underwent a septorhinoplasty with cartilage grafting to completely restructure her nasal tip. The bridge of her nose was improved at the same time. Postoperatively, her tip is in much better shape and her breathing has improved dramatically.
