This patient came with difficulty breathing through her nose. On exam, she was found to have deviation of both her septum internally and the external structure of the nose, even without a history of trauma. Dr. Anna Bakeman performed a functional septorhinoplasty to improve her nasal airflow and 6 months out she is doing great and enjoying the feeling of being able to breathe through her nose.
