Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

This woman had had a prior rhinoplasty by a different surgeon 7 years prior. She met with Dr. Garrett Griffin to discuss revision rhinoplasty. Her goals were to make her nose look less long, to reduce her small residucal bump, and to make it a little straighter. She is pleased with the results. The nose is more symmetrical, is softer, and is less long with a less droopy tip. The amount of nostril show is improved.
