This young man didn’t like how wide his nose appeared. The apparent width was due to very poor nasal tip support and a droopy tip which you can see on the side profile view before surgery. Dr. Garrett Griffin used rib cartilage and temporalis fascia as diced cartilage in fascia (DCF) with a caudal septal extension graft and alar base reduction to strengthen, project and narrow his nose, while preserving his ethnicity.
