57-year-old male was referred for reconstruction of right ear after a basal cell carcinoma was removed using the Mohs technique. We were able to reconstruct the defect with a full-thickness skin graft and partial advancement flap. He has a natural post-operative result with no change in his hairline. Photos show him before and over 6 months after partial advancement flap and full-thickness skin graft to reveal a natural, unoperated appearance of the right ear and hairline.
