Facial Implants/Chin Augmentation, Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

This patient met with Dr. Farhood to discuss reducing the bridge of his nose, lifting his tip, and improving the crookedness. Upon examination, Dr. Farhood suggested also performing chin implant to better harmonize his facial proportions. After rhinoplasty and chin implant, the nose is refined yet still masculine, and the chin implant has greatly balanced out the relationship between his chin and nose. The relationship between the chin and nose cannot be overlooked in rhinoplasty as chin augmentation can significantly enhance the result of a rhinoplasty.
