This patient came with concerns of hooded eyelids and a tired appearance. Dr. Farhood recommended a trichophytic brow lift (hairline style brow lift) and upper blepharoplasty (upper eye lift). The incisions from these procedures are carefully designed to hide within the patient’s hairline and eyelid creases. Seen here after surgery, she has a refreshed, rejuvenated, but not overdone appearance. She is thrilled with her results and her scars are barely perceptible.
