Mohs Reconstruction Before & After Photos

This patient presented after having a skin cancer excised from his nose. After discussing the various options, he and Dr. Farhood decided on a two-stage procedure with a paramedian forehead flap. While this requires two surgeries, the aesthetic results are incomparable to other techniques. Shown 6 months later, his scars are nearly imperceptible.
