This healthy female had issues breathing through her nose along with external nasal deformity. She was also interested in giving a more feminine appearance to her nose. She underwent correction of her breathing issues at the same time as a reduction rhinoplasty. Photos show her before and over 6 months after reduction rhinoplasty. The result is a natural, unoperated, and more feminine appearance of her nose which is more harmonious with her feminine facial features.
