Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos

This 25 year old woman saw me in consultation for cosmetic and functional (breathing) rhinoplasty. She did not like that her nose looked crooked from the front and that she had a very large dorsal hump on profile view. Notice how important it is that the nose and chin be proportional…in the before photo her chin looks small and nose looks very large. Although a small chin implant was recommended to enhance the balance of her facial features even further, this patient opted out of having this procedure performed with her rhinoplasty surgery. In the after photo her nose looks much straighter on front view with a more pleasing tip, and on profile her nose is more feminine and attractive. I made her nose a little smaller than I would have if she had done a chin implant, and the result is really nice facial harmony and a chin that now fits her face despite not being altered.
